Automatic control prefab house chicken farm poultry equipment
1) Main feed line system
Silo /manpower hopper is the beginning of main feed line.
There is a feed sensor at the end of main feed line which controls motor on and off to achieve automatic feed delivery.
Feeding capacity: 1400KG / h, Maximum feeding length:60m.

2) Automatic pan feed line system
Pan feed system consists of:

3) Automatic nipple drinking system
This system can provide clean and fresh water to broiler chickens steadily, the water will be out when birds
touch nipples. Our nipple's rod can be movable in 360 degrees, easy to drink.
We have many types of nipple drinking system inlcuding:

This system will deliver water to each drip cup steady.
4) Automatic Ventilation System
This system controls climate conditions, fresh air, humidity and temperature in poultry shed. It is vital for growing birds, including air inlets and ventilation fan.

5) Cooling Pads
The longitudinal way of cooling-fan ventilation is the most economical and effective way to reduce temperature of chicken house in summer.

Once you confirmed, our engineer will finish the drawing within 2 days.
5) How about the installation?
Usually we provide our customers all the installation guide books, which work well for most oversea market.
If our customer request, one of our installation engineer can fly to give instruction. But all the related charged will be paid by customer side.
