Q:Which payment terms are you accept? 
A:T/T, LC, Western Union,Paypal

Q:After an order is placed, when to deliver? 
A:Depends on whether the products you buy has inventory. If we have inventory, generally we can arrange shipment after 2 to 3 days.If not, it will be decided by the time of the factory production schedule.

Q:What about the cooperation process?
A:Confirm details of order, 30% deposit, Arrange inventory, pay the balance, shipment.

Q:could you do OEM ? 
A:Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. MOQ is about 500pcs , then we can use your logo and do OEM 

 

Q: What is about guarantee? 
A:1.All products have been 100% strictly Quality Checked in house before packing.
 2.All products have been well packed before shipping.
 3.The warranty on the products is 12 months.We will bear maintenance cost during warranty
